Insurance & Self-Pay Pricing

Boulder City Hospital accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Our billing team works directly with your insurer to process claims, and in most cases patients owe only their standard copay or deductible.

For patients without insurance or those paying out of pocket, BCH offers transparent self-pay pricing on common women’s health visits and screenings. Rates are typically competitive with, and often lower than, what larger clinic networks charge uninsured patients. Ask our front desk team about current self-pay rates at the time of your visit, or call (702) 698-8342 with coverage questions.

Mammography Breast Imaging

Mammography & Breast Imaging

Routine screening mammography is one of the most effective tools for detecting breast cancer early, when it is most treatable. BCH offers on-site mammography so you can complete your annual screening without driving to a larger hospital system in Las Vegas or Henderson.

Most major guidelines recommend women begin regular screening mammograms in their 40s and continue on a schedule advised by their provider. Your primary care team at BCH can help you decide what schedule is appropriate for your age, family history, and overall risk profile. We follow guidance from organizations such as the American College of Radiology and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, and we encourage every patient to discuss personal screening recommendations with their provider.

To schedule a screening mammogram at BCH, call our scheduling line at (702) 294-5705. For diagnostic imaging follow-up or breast health questions, your primary care provider can place a referral and coordinate directly with our mammography and breast imaging team.

Preventive Screenings & Primary Care for Women

Many of the most important women’s health services fall under preventive primary care: annual physicals, blood pressure and cholesterol checks, diabetes screening, cancer screening referrals, vaccinations, and mental health support.

Our providers build long-term relationships with patients so screenings stay on schedule and small concerns are caught before they grow.

If you don’t yet have a primary care provider in Boulder City, BCH is accepting new patients. Learn more about primary care for women at our clinic, or call (702) 698-8342 to get started.

OB GYN Specialist Referrals

OB/GYN & Specialist Referrals

BCH does not currently provide obstetric delivery services or full-time on-site OB/GYN care. When patients need pregnancy care, complex gynecologic care, or specialty procedures, our primary care team coordinates referrals to trusted OB/GYN specialists in the greater Las Vegas and Henderson area. Your records, lab results, and imaging from BCH travel with the referral, so your specialist starts with a complete picture.

If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, talk with our team about prenatal vitamins, preconception health, and referrals to obstetric providers in the region.

Serving Boulder City and Nearby Henderson Residents

BCH is roughly a 15 to 20 minute drive from most Henderson neighborhoods via US-93. Women living in Inspirada, Cadence, and Seven Hills regularly choose BCH for women’s preventive care because of the shorter waits, the smaller community setting, and the consistency of seeing the same care team visit after visit. Learn more about serving Henderson residents and how BCH compares to larger Henderson systems.

Why Boulder City and Henderson Women Choose BCH
