Originally from China, Y. Kate Robison arrived in the United States in 2015 as an international student to pursue a career in healthcare. Earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, Kate completed clinical practicums during a graduate program in pediatrics, women’s health, and adult care in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ms. Robison has worked as a registered nurse for five years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, gaining the foundational hospital bedside care and experience that she credits for shaping her into the dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner she is today. Her experience as an RN taught her to connect with patients on a human level and approach care with empathy and professionalism.
As a family nurse practitioner, Kate offers a range of services, including well-woman visits, primary care for adults, pap smears, and joint injections. Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care, Kate believes that being a healthcare provider is truly a work that comes from the heart.

Mr. Byers Na’ope is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa in 2017. He has a strong passion for integrated behavioral health and is committed to delivering patient-centered, coordinated care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Byers approaches behavioral health through a whole-person lens, recognizing the close relationship between physical health and mental well-being. He works with individuals experiencing a broad range of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma, and emphasizes collaborative care that supports both mind and body. When appropriate and with patient consent, Byers supports care coordination by connecting patients to medical and community-based referrals to medical related services with primary care teams as well as, Boulder City’s Community Resource Liaison (CRL) for those experiencing Social Determinant of Health and are seeking resource assistance.
