Originally from China, Y. Kate Robison arrived in the United States in 2015 as an international student to pursue a career in healthcare. Earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, Kate completed clinical practicums during a graduate program in pediatrics, women’s health, and adult care in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ms. Robison has worked as a registered nurse for five years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, gaining the foundational hospital bedside care and experience that she credits for shaping her into the dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner she is today. Her experience as an RN taught her to connect with patients on a human level and approach care with empathy and professionalism.

As a family nurse practitioner, Kate offers a range of services, including well-woman visits, primary care for adults, pap smears, and joint injections. Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care, Kate believes that being a healthcare provider is truly a work that comes from the heart.

Kate believes that building trust between patients and healthcare providers is one of the most powerful tools in medicine, as trust leads to effective communication, a deeper understanding, and more personalized care.

Shelley Thompson has been practicing as a Primary Care Provider for nearly eight years, with additional clinical experience that includes one year in Cardiology and more than two years in Correctional Medicine. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, specializing in Intensive Care and Cardiac Intensive Care.

Having completed her medical training at South University in Savannah, Georgia, Shelley brings a strong foundation in both acute and preventive care. Originally from Mississippi, she relocated with family to the West in 2011, where we have truly embraced the opportunity to enjoy life and community.

Outside of work, Ms. Thompson enjoys gardening, quilting, reading inspirational literature, traveling with her husband and family, and spending time with their grandchildren. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and treating patients like family while being committed to helping each one achieve their best health and well-being.
